Britt-Arnhild in Norway

It is still a long, long time for the strawberries to ripen here in my Nordic garden.....

Beryl Ament

I hope the news is good and you won't need one of those so-called "invasive procedures". I am awaiting news on your blog.

Your garden looks wonderful. On the one hand, I'd love more space and vegetables, but on the other hand it must involve a lot of work. When I feel like it, I am a tireless worker, but. . .

Tonight three of us ate the first salad grown entirely in our small mesclun patch. Delicious.

Britt-Arnhild, they'll come, they'll come. And you'll be so delighted when they do!

Beryl, isn't it delightful, feeding yourself and family with things grown with your own hands? Yes, my garden is more work than I can do, though I seem to be getting things slowly done. I can only do what I can do, though, and I've given up feeling guilty about what I can't do!
