I just took the dogs out for the last walk of the evening. The rain has stopped (just that quiet pause between rain and snow), and there is a very thin layer of ice on the trees and shrubs (and on my back porch, but not, fortunately, on other walking surfaces). It looks like fairyland. I know I should be worried; if any more accumulates, it could lead to power loss and danger for those few still out on the roads. But just this present moment, it's beautiful.
Many other things are unfolding, but I'll write about that later.
Anyone taking the Oprah/Tolle online class and reading the book, A New Earth? I recommend it.
We still have alot of snow here. Today is a perfect sunny day though and the snow has started to melt. I've been out on a long walk.

I bought the book but haven't read it yet. Since I can download it, I figure I'll get around to it...I hope. I guess I'll never be a star on Oprah with my picture and my voice saying how it changed my life.
