Barbara

So nice to see you back writing. Happy to hear you had some travel time and that you are now on the mend as you get ready for you next trip. Looking forward to stories and photos from you travels.

Peace!

Ann

Thank you, Barbara! Yes, I'm on the mend. Two weeks ago I told my congregation that I thought I was 75% better. Last week I said "90%." Today I was able to say 99.44% (just like Ivory Soap!). So it's slow and steady.

Sharon

I have really missed you, Ann. So glad you are on the mend, and here's hoping your next trip will be problem-free. Your front steps look great!

Ann

Sharon, I've come to look forward to your comment! Thanks for the comment on the steps. The pictures don't really show it as bad as it actually was. But every time I come up my walk, it pleases me. Now I've only got 3 other walks (among other things) to clear!

Retractable awnings

I've being researching about awnings because I need to buy one, and I've found your post very helpful :) . I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog!

Thanks, Retractable!  Youve inspired me to write again (later today, I expect) -- Im sort of in the middle of my Italian travelogue.  Im getting ready to do a presentation on my trip for my parish, and writing the blog helps me sort out my thoughts.
